Photovoltaic-coupled Hydrogen Kitchen Stove Integrated Energy Supply System
System Overview
This upgraded hydrogen kitchen energy system builds a closed-loop integrated energy chain including photovoltaic power generation, hydrogen production, solid-state hydrogen storage and multi-scenario hydrogen consumption. It completely eliminates reliance on municipal natural gas and grid electricity, delivering self-sufficient cooking and power supply for rural houses, outdoor camps, off-grid islands and other remote sites.
Module Composition & Key Specifications
1. Photovoltaic Power Module
Solar panels supply green electricity to drive the whole hydrogen production unit, realizing zero carbon at the energy source.
2. PEM Water Electrolyzer
Core hydrogen generation equipment with a production rate of 180L/h (15g/h).
Continuous 10-hour operation per day yields 150g hydrogen with purity over 99.99%.
Stable outlet pressure stays at around 1MPa, while daily power consumption is only 1kWh for high efficiency and low energy cost.
3. AB₂-type Metal Solid-state Hydrogen Storage Tank
Low-pressure room-temperature hydrogen storage with operating pressure below 1MPa for outstanding safety. The tank stores up to 120g hydrogen and releases 100g usable hydrogen per cycle, removing hazards of high-pressure gas cylinders.
4. Pure Hydrogen Cooking Stove
Dual-burner design with total power of 4000W (2000W per burner). Total hydrogen consumption under full-load dual-burner operation is less than 120g/h, covering all daily cooking demands. Hydrogen combustion produces zero carbon emission and no toxic gas byproducts.
5. Solid-state Fuel Cell Power System
1.4kW output fuel cell converts stored hydrogen into electricity for off-grid power supply, supporting lighting and small household appliances without municipal grid access.
Core Advantages
1. Full zero-carbon lifecycle: Solar-powered hydrogen production and hydrogen utilization without fossil fuel input;
2. Ultra-safe low-pressure storage: Solid metal hydride storage below 1MPa, far safer than high-pressure cylinders for residential and outdoor deployment;
3. Dual-function self-sufficiency: One system meets both cooking and electricity needs, no gas pipeline or power grid construction required;
4. Stable high-purity hydrogen: 99.99% pure hydrogen ensures full combustion of stoves and reliable fuel cell operation;
5. Low operation & maintenance cost: Low daily power consumption of electrolyzer, no regular high-pressure inspection fees for solid-state storage tanks, reducing total lifecycle expenditure.
Applicable Scenarios
Off-grid rural residences, remote islands, RV camps, mountain management stations, rural homestays without gas supply, temporary field operation sites and other areas lacking municipal gas and power infrastructure.
